Will it fit through a standard doorway?
Yes. Each module is 40" wide or less, well under the 32" interior-door clearance most homes have. Modules ship individually (not pre-assembled), so doorway access is rarely an issue.
Can I reconfigure my sectional or add modules later?
Yes — every Fenway module snaps into any L, U, or two-seat layout, anytime, free of charge. If you'd like to add modules later, contact us first to confirm fabric availability — our restocks ship on container cycles and exact fabrics aren't always available long-term, so we recommend ordering everything you'll need in your initial purchase.
How long is delivery?
Free front-door delivery on orders $1,500+ across Oregon and Washington. White-glove delivery (room placement, assembly, packaging removal) is available within 50 miles of Portland for $79. Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks, often faster on in-stock fabrics. In-store pickup at our SE Grand Ave showroom is always free.
What if I don't like it after delivery?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll work with you to make it right (exchange, store credit, or return). We're a real local business with a Portland showroom and we stand behind everything we sell.
Is the fabric durable for kids and pets?
Both fabric families (boucle and corduroy) are tight-weave, family-friendly, and easy to spot-clean with mild detergent. Vacuum regularly to keep the nap fresh. If you want a sample to test before buying, swing by the showroom or call us at (503) 235-3454.
