In Oregon, delivery is FREE on orders $1,500+ within 20 miles of our Portland warehouse, and $149 for orders under $1,500. Beyond 20 miles we add $2 per mile. Orders $5,000+ deliver free anywhere in Oregon.

In Washington, delivery is $149 plus $2 per mile beyond 20 miles at any order size, so the free $1,500+ tier is Oregon only.

Washington deliveries are $149 plus mileage beyond 20 miles, and they're fulfilled by our independent delivery partner rather than our own crew. Just complete your order as usual — we hand your order details to the partner, and they'll call you directly to arrange a delivery day and time window that works for you. On the cart page, enter your delivery address under "Delivery estimate." You'll see your exact cost instantly — any mileage is added to your cart, and your address carries straight into checkout. Quotes are based on the address you enter; if the delivery address at checkout is different or incomplete, we may need to adjust for additional mileage when we schedule.

Most Portland-metro deliveries arrive in 2–4 days. Custom and special-order pieces follow the maker's build time (typically 4–14 weeks) — we'll call to schedule as soon as your order reaches our warehouse.

Yes — Same-Day Delivery is $299 for eligible in-stock items ordered by 1 PM, within our local delivery area. Add it on the cart page and we'll call right away to confirm your window. If your order doesn't qualify, we'll let you know and refund the fee.

Our crew brings your piece to the room of your choice, builds and sets it up, and hauls away all the garbage and recycling. Pricing by piece: $158 for a sofa or loveseat, $179 for a sectional, bed, dining table, dresser, accent chair or recliner, $45 per dining chair, $50 for a mattress on its own, and $279 for a cabinet bed. Once one large piece has white glove, additional large pieces are $99 each. Available anywhere we deliver. Yes. Removal is priced by item: sofa $150, sectional $175, recliner $100, dining set $175, bedroom set $200. The general online removal add-on is $175 per item, and other pieces need a quote, so confirm the right option with us at purchase. Removal is one-for-one when we deliver your new piece. Donatable pieces go to Portland families in need through our local charity partners. Items must be in safe, sanitary condition; request removal at the time of purchase.

Ground floor and your first flight of stairs are always free. Additional flights, long carries from the truck, door removal, and extra crew for very heavy pieces are small add-ons you can select on the cart page — or our team will confirm them when we call to schedule. While we're there, we can also rearrange existing furniture, move pieces between rooms, and place rugs.

Always. Pick up from our showroom at 439 SE Grand Ave, Portland. After you order, we'll reach out within 24–72 hours of processing to set up your pickup time — please wait for our confirmation before heading in so everything's ready for you.
