In Oregon, within 20 miles of our Portland warehouse, front-door delivery is $149, or free on orders of $1,500 or more. Farther out, add $2 per mile past 20, and orders of $5,000 or more deliver free anywhere in Oregon. Washington is $149 plus mileage at any order size.
Always. Once your order is processed, we’ll reach out within 24 to 72 hours to arrange it. Pickup is at our Portland warehouse, 1011 SE Oak St, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, by confirmation only, so please wait for our confirmation before you come.
Most ready-to-deliver Portland-metro orders are estimated at 2 to 4 days, and timing depends on availability and scheduling. Once your order is ready, we contact you to set the day; buying online doesn’t reserve a window. Custom and special-order pieces follow the maker’s lead time first, and we call when yours arrives.
Yes. Washington delivery is $149 plus $2 per mile past 20, at any order size, and our independent delivery partner contacts you to schedule.
Sometimes. Same-day delivery is $299 for eligible in-stock pieces ordered by 1 PM in our local delivery area. Call first so we can confirm the piece, your address and the full charge. If it can’t happen, we refund the same-day fee.
We contact you to schedule once your order has reached our warehouse and is ready. If you’re waiting and haven’t heard from us, call (503) 235-3454 while we’re open.
Call us before you order and we’ll look into a freight quote. Availability, price and service level depend on where it’s going.
Front-door delivery means drop-off. With white glove, the delivery team brings it into the room you choose, assembles or sets it up, and takes the packaging away. It’s priced by piece: $158 for a sofa or loveseat, $179 for most other large pieces.
Yes, one-for-one when we deliver your new piece. Ask when you buy. It’s priced by item (a sofa is $150), and pieces need to be safe and sanitary.
Contact us by 3:00 PM the day before. After that, or if no one is home or ready at delivery, the delivery fee isn’t refunded and a new day is charged as a new delivery. If your order qualified for free delivery, the rescheduled delivery is $149. If you added white glove service, it carries over to the new date at no extra charge.
