What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Baltimo.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Pale rose is a quiet risk that pays off daily — soft enough to live with, distinctive enough to notice. The Baltimo carries it on deep, feather-soft cushions with a dual-motion base that glides like a rocker and swivels a full 360 degrees, all above a crisp black matte foundation. Built to contract-grade standards for lobbies and vacation homes, it shrugs off real life at home, and the removable cushion covers make cleanup honest rather than hopeful. Compare silhouettes in our accent chair collection.

Styling Tips

Give pale rose grown-up company: charcoal, walnut, cream, and black keep it sophisticated rather than sweet. Park the Baltimo by a window with a side table at glide-safe distance and it becomes the house's default reading seat. In a nursery-adjacent life it works overtime, then graduates to the living room without missing a step. Allow a few inches of wall clearance so the glide can travel its full arc — the motion is half of what you are buying. The black base grounds the pale upholstery so the chair never reads nursery-only.

Care:
Cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning — follow the sewn-in care label. Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment and blot spills immediately. Wipe the black matte base with a soft, dry cloth.
