What neighbors say about finding the next one

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for this piece.

Although they did not carry what I was looking for initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal text from Addie from the store about a month or so later, when a couch of similar description to the one I’d been hoping for came in!

Sizes, materials and care

Say hello to a sleeper sofa that keeps things easy on the eyes and easy in the room. This beige mid-century sofa carries all the warmth of the era without shouting for attention, a soft, versatile neutral that lets your bolder pieces do the talking. The clean, low-slung lines and tidy proportions make it feel intentional, the kind of find that makes a room look pulled-together without trying too hard.

At a compact 49 inches wide, 38 inches deep, and 36 inches tall, it's a smart fit for smaller living rooms, apartments, or a reading nook that needs a proper seat. The beige upholstery is neutral and grounding, wrapped over a solid frame built to keep its shape. Condition is good and honest. There's typical wear from years of use, the gentle patina you'd expect from a piece with a little history, nothing that gets in the way of a comfortable afternoon.

Pair it with a walnut side table, a leggy floor lamp, and a throw pillow in mustard or teal to bring out its mid-century roots. It plays beautifully with color-forward accents or keeps calm in a minimalist space. If you've been hunting vintage sofas Portland has to offer, this one's ready for its second act.
