What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Birdy.

  1. This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

Covered by the maker’s warranty. Ask us for the terms; if anything goes wrong, we file the claim for you. Made-to-order pieces and floor models are final sale, so ask us anything before you buy.

  2. We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

Sizes, materials and care

Stylus is a Pacific Northwest upholstery maker, and this page keeps the regional build story accurate without using Canada language.

Details

  • Brand: Stylus
  • Dimensions: 89" W x 89" D x 33" H
  • Design: Open chaise sectional

Styling Tips

Use Birdy where a room can support a square sectional footprint with an open chaise feel. Delray Stone is a flexible neutral, while the Toast view shows a warmer alternate direction. This shape works best when the room still has clear walkways around the chaise. Confirm current fabric, chaise orientation, full footprint, coffee-table clearance, rug size, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering.

Care

  • Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
  • Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery
  • Fit check: Confirm footprint, doorway clearance, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering

A few more to fall for.
