What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Bisana.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Three tiers of open display meet hidden storage behind horizontal slatted doors on the Bisana — a tall modern bookcase with doors built for rooms that work hard and still look collected. The warm brown wood finish grounds the piece with mid-century confidence, while the 73-inch stature makes it a quiet wall statement in a living room, home office, or reading nook.

Features & Construction

Assembly: Some assembly required
Vendor: Unique Furniture

Styling Tips

Style the open shelves with a mix of books turned pages-out, small ceramics, and a single leaning frame — the horizontal slat motif rewards restraint. Pair the Bisana with a low-profile accent chair and a vintage rug from our home decor collection to build a Portland reading corner that feels collected, not catalog. The 73-inch silhouette also makes it a natural anchor across from one of our office desks or alongside additional home office furniture.

Care Instructions

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills immediately with a barely damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Keep clear of solvents and abrasive cleaners.
