Styling

Splitting the set across two rooms is the easy way to use it: the floor lamp beside a sofa in the living room, the table lamp on a nightstand or dresser in the bedroom, tied together by the same brass arms and globe shades even though they never sit in the same room.

The double-globe shape gives more visual weight than a single shade would, so each lamp can stand on its own without extra decor crowding the base. Brass arms read warm against both white walls and darker paint, which makes the set easy to work into a room that already has other metal finishes.

• Dust the brass arms and glass globes with a soft, dry cloth
• Wipe the glass globes with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately
• Do not submerge any part in water
• Handle the arms gently when moving either lamp

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
