What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Cia.

  1. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

    For this piece

It measures 29" x 32" x 33". Send us a photo of the room and the way in, and we’ll help you check the fit. The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after.

  2. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

  3. Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The images show a rounded back, open arms, wood legs, fabric detail, and a styled room image.

Details

  • Design: Rounded accent chair with open arms and wood legs
  • Collection: Private label / What's New Furniture
  • Dimension note: Confirm actual chair dimensions with the showroom
  • Dimensions: 29" x 32" x 33"

Styling Tips

Use Cia where a room needs a rounded accent chair that can shift from quiet to colorful depending on fabric. Blue feels classic, Pink is warmer, Olive is earthy, and Light Grey is the easiest neutral. Confirm the exact current fabric, seat comfort, side-table spacing, rug placement, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before purchase.

Care

  • Cleaning: Vacuum fabric gently and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
  • Protection: Keep harsh cleaners, sharp objects, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery and frames
  • Fit check: Confirm seat height, room clearance, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering
