Sizes, materials and care

The Corinne splits the difference between a stool and a cocktail ottoman, which is the point: a simple rounded seat on wrought-iron legs finished in hammered bronze, small enough to pull up as extra seating or set down as a footrest without ever looking like it is doing double duty. S-spring suspension under the fabric keeps the seat from going flat the way a foam-only cushion would.

At 18 inches square and 20 inches tall, it tucks under a console table when not in use and sits at coffee-table height, so it earns its floor space in a small living room or a reading corner.
