Covered by the maker’s warranty. Ask us for the terms; if anything goes wrong, we file the claim for you. If an in-stock piece arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Pieces we order in for you, custom orders and floor models are final sale.
All of the staff we’ve talked to are so friendly and helpful and respectful when you just need to think things over.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

Styling Tips

Cove is best for rooms where the sofa must look finished every day but still solve overnight sleeping. Keep a side table with enough clearance for the open mechanism and measure the extended bed depth before choosing a room layout. The neutral Oasis and Rene fabrics fit quiet rooms, while Zaro, Luna, or Glamour can make the sleeper more expressive.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean cloth
Sleeper use: Open and close the sleeper mechanism with both hands and keep bedding clear of moving parts
Fit check: Measure room depth with the bed extended before ordering
