Alicia did a great job helping us purchase a consignment sectional. We are very happy with the purchase and delivery to our door was the cherry on top

About the Mission Style Solid Wood Office Desk

Our notes on this piece, including its condition.

A Dark Brown Mission style office desk with the quiet confidence of early American craft. Straight lines, a broad rectangular top, and the kind of solid wood presence that makes a workday feel grounded rather than temporary. This consigned piece is the sort of find that turns a spare room into a real study.

Built from solid wood and finished in a rich Dark Brown tone, it measures 60 inches wide, 32 inches deep, and 30 inches high, generous enough for a laptop, a lamp, and a stack of books without crowding the knees. The Mission silhouette keeps ornament spare: honest joinery, a sturdy frame, and a work surface meant to be used. Condition is good, with the honest wear of a well-kept desk rather than flaws that interrupt daily writing or remote work.

Set it against a painted wall with a leather chair and a simple ceramic lamp, or let it anchor a home office beside open shelving. Among vintage desks Portland shoppers actually sit down to test, this one earns its place by being useful first and handsome second.
