What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Dog.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

It measures 18". Send us a photo of the room and the way in, and we’ll help you check the fit. The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

If it arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Floor models and custom orders are final.
Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

A seated black labrador holding an exposed bulb in its mouth on a short brass cord, eighteen inches tall. It is a novelty lamp that survives being a novelty, because the dog is modelled properly rather than cartooned and the light is genuinely usable. More in living room.

Styling

Exposed-bulb lamps are about glow rather than reading light, so put it where atmosphere matters: a hallway console, a bar shelf, the corner of a desk. Use a low-wattage warm bulb and let it be a point of light rather than a lamp doing a job.

Black and brass sits with almost anything, and the dog carries the whole thing off best in a room that is otherwise fairly serious. More in home decor.
