What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Dorset.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Styling Tips

Pair the Dorset with low, simple tables and soft textiles for a relaxed, modern living room look. In a larger family room, set it alongside a sectional for extra seating, letting the Dorset carry the conversation area on its own.

Delivery & Care

Spot clean the fabric as needed and rotate cushions occasionally to keep the seating even and looking fresh. Free front-door delivery on orders $1,500+ within 20 miles of Portland, or white-glove delivery available. See it in our Portland showroom.
