What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Elroy.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. We can haul away your old piece for a fee when we deliver.

Sizes, materials and care

The tight back, button-tufted detail, track arms, and tapered legs make it feel tailored rather than overstuffed. Elroy also belongs to a broader Stylus family, so customers can ask about related sizes and configurations if they want the same look beyond a single chair.

Details

Dimensions: 34" W x 33" D x 33" H
Fabric: Serenity Cinnamon
Maker: Stylus, handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest
Design: Track arms, tight back, button-tufted detail, and tapered legs
Use: Accent seating, reading corners, and sofa pairings

Styling Tips

Use Elroy when a room needs a warm color note but still wants a clean frame. Serenity Cinnamon works with walnut tables, brass lighting, rust-toned rugs, and cream sofas. The chair can stand alone in a reading nook or pair with a sofa to create a tighter conversation area.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
