What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Elroy.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Styling Tips

Marley Navy gives Elroy a versatile, tailored look that works with warm walnut, cognac leather, and rust or ochre accents. Tempest Gold leans bolder: keep the rug and walls quieter, then repeat the gold once in art or a small accessory. Because Elroy is only 33 inches deep, it is especially useful in apartments and long, narrow rooms where circulation matters. Pair it with a compact coffee table and a textured rug, or browse the full living room collection.
