What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Fairhaven.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Fairhaven 3-Seater Sofa is a soft, welcoming take on the modern sofa — three plush loose back cushions and three seat cushions you can sink into, framed by gently rounded track arms and lifted on slim tapered legs. The Dine Latte upholstery is a warm greige with an easy woven texture that plays well with almost any palette.

Roomy enough to seat three comfortably, Fairhaven works as a main sofa in a living room or family room and layers beautifully with warm woods and tonal textiles. It's in stock now at our Portland showroom.

Styling Tips

Dine Latte is a natural anchor — pair it with walnut or oak woods, cream and caramel throw pillows, and a low-pile or jute rug for a warm, layered look. Add a couple of deeper accent tones (rust, forest, navy) in pillows or a throw to give the neutral base some depth.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from the fabric and frame
Fit check: Confirm doorways, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
