What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Felicity.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Beige may be the most forgiving color a sofa can wear, and the Felicity makes the case elegantly — sculpted scoop arms and soft, loose back cushions in a warm, durable polyester weave that gets along with every rug, wall color, and design phase you'll cycle through. Built for real daily use, it anchors without dictating. Compare profiles in our sofa collection.

Styling Tips

A beige sofa is a standing invitation to experiment everywhere else — swap pillows and throws seasonally and the whole room updates for the price of fabric. Ground it with a dark-stained coffee table so the palette doesn't drift pale, and flank it with contrast: black metal, aged brass, or deep green from an accent chair in the living room. If the sofa faces a window, beige holds its color more gracefully than saturated fabrics, making it a smart pick for bright, south-facing rooms. And because the frame's lines are simple, the Felicity moves between homes and layouts easily — the piece you keep through the next two apartments.

Care:
Vacuum weekly with an upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately — beige rewards fast action. Rotate loose cushions regularly to even wear, and spot clean with a mild, water-free upholstery cleaner.
