What does the price include?

The modules in your layout, nothing else. Each module is its own line in your cart, and the layout price is those modules added up. Delivery is priced at checkout for your address.

Which side is the chaise on?

Left and right are as you face the sectional from across the room. A right chaise reaches out on your right. The 4-piece U has a chaise at both ends.

Will it fit through my door and up my stairs?

Each module travels on its own. The largest is the chaise, 40" wide and 52¼" deep. Ends are 40" × 36½" and the armless seat is 30" × 36½". Send us your narrowest doorway, hallway and stair turn and we'll check before you order.

Can I see it or feel the fabrics first?

Call our Portland showroom at (503) 235-3454 and we'll tell you which Fenway pieces and fabrics are on the floor today. Olive Green, Mustard and Terracotta are corduroy; Wave Sand isn't.

How do I care for the fabric?

Vacuum it regularly with a soft brush attachment, blot spills right away, and follow the care label before using any cleaner. The maker doesn't recommend machine washing.

Can I add pieces later?

You can rearrange the modules you own anytime. For adding modules later, contact us first to confirm the fabric. Fenway restocks arrive by container and an exact fabric match isn't guaranteed long term, so we recommend ordering everything at once.

How soon can I get it?

It depends on the fabric and pieces. Some modules are in our Portland warehouse and others arrive on the next container. After you order, we confirm timing for your exact layout before we schedule delivery or pickup. Need it by a certain date? Ask before you buy.

Delivery, pickup and White Glove

Within 20 miles of Portland, delivery is $149, or free on orders of $1,500 or more. Elsewhere in Oregon it's $149 plus mileage under $1,500, mileage only from $1,500, and free statewide at $5,000. Washington is $149 plus mileage through our delivery partner. Pickup is free.

White Glove ($179 for a sectional) brings every piece to the room you choose, sets up the layout and takes the packaging. Add it in your cart.

Returns and warranty

Boxed, unused pieces can come back to our Portland showroom within 7 days for store credit that doesn't expire. Custom orders, consignment and floor models are final. Ask us which terms apply to your layout before you order.

Warranty comes from the manufacturer; ask us for Fenway's terms before you order. If something arrives damaged or a defect shows up later, contact us and our claims team files the claim for you.

Low, rounded and made for settling in. The Fenway modular sectional brings a relaxed silhouette to your living room, with separate pieces you can arrange around the way you use your space. Choose an L-shaped layout for everyday lounging or a U shape with a chaise at each end. Compare it with our other sectional sofas as you plan your room.

  • Five module types: Fenway End Left, End Right, One Seater, Chaise Left and Chaise Right. End pieces have a closed outer arm; the One Seater is armless.
  • Four fabrics: Olive Green Corduroy, Wave Sand, Wave Mustard Corduroy and Wave Terracotta Corduroy, each with a textured, ribbed finish.
  • Complete layouts: a 3-piece L uses one end, one armless seat and one chaise. A 4-piece L adds a second armless seat. The 4-piece U pairs two armless seats with a left and right chaise.
  • Layout footprints: 3-piece L, 110" W × 52.25" D; 4-piece L or U, 140" W × 52.25" D.
