Small footprint, outsized usefulness — the Francesca stool is the piece that solves the corner you haven't figured out yet. Plush cushioning on tapered walnut wood legs makes it a footrest today, pull-up seating when guests arrive, and a bedroom perch in between. It's one of the hardest-working pieces in our ottoman collection. Because the upholstery wraps a compact 19-inch frame, it slips into gaps larger seating never could — under windows, beside tubs, at the end of a hall.

Styling Tips
Park the Francesca under a console when it's off duty and pull it out when the party outgrows the sofa. It pairs naturally with an accent chair as a dedicated footrest, and a pair of them at the foot of a bed reads far more custom than a single long bench. In compact spaces, one stool plus a small-scale seating plan beats one oversized chair every time. Keep a spare throw folded on top and the Francesca reads styled even when it is really just waiting for its next job. Few accent pieces earn their keep so consistently.
Care:
Vacuum the fabric regularly with an upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately without rubbing and spot clean with a mild, water-free upholstery cleaner. Dust the walnut legs with a soft, dry cloth.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
