What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Haven.

  1. …we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

  2. So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  3. We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Details

  • Brand: Stanton
  • Dimensions: 75" W x 34" D x 37" H

Styling Tips

Use Haven where a room needs seating by day and a queen sleep surface for guests. Luscious Shitake is the darker neutral; Promise Birch is lighter and warmer. Confirm sleeper-opening clearance, mattress comfort, current fabric, sofa width, doorway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering.

Care

  • Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
  • Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery
  • Fit check: Confirm footprint, doorway clearance, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering
