What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Haze.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Sizes, materials and care

The Haze Sofa is a 90" W x 45" D x 33" H Stylus sofa from the Architect Collection. Feathersoft-Plus seats and Feathersoft backs are standard, not an upgrade, so the 45-inch depth actually delivers the lounge feel the proportions promise. On our floor in Serenity Arbor.

Features & Construction

Dimensions: 90" W x 45" D x 33" H
Fill: Feathersoft-Plus seats and Feathersoft backs, standard on the Architect Collection
Live fabric: Serenity Arbor
Cushions: Includes 22x22 boxed and 28x18 toss pillows
Maker: Stylus, made to order for the Pacific Northwest
Custom options: Orderable in any Stylus fabric grade, and as a sectional in the same frame

Styling Tips

Haze suits a room where the sofa is meant to be the destination rather than the perimeter. The 45-inch depth wants a deep-set room and a rug large enough to carry it — measure the walkway before committing. Serenity Arbor is an earthy green that keeps a large frame from feeling like a block of colour. If you want the same seat in a corner configuration, the frame is also built as a sectional; compare it against the rest of our sectionals and sofas, or browse all Stylus upholstery.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight off the fabric
Cushions: Rotate and fluff loose cushions regularly so the fill stays even
Fit check: Confirm doorways, stair turns, and the delivery path before purchase
