What neighbors say about our own pieces

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Highland.

  1. I bought their in house brand and LOVE IT. I got the Hawthorne sectional and 2 Cia Chairs. Delivery was easy!

    For this piece

This piece is part of that in-house line, sold under our own name.

  2. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.
Ramona Perrault · Google review · Sep 2026

    For this piece

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  3. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Sizes, materials and care

The Highland Sofa is an 88.5-inch mid-century sofa with a streamlined walnut plinth base and three fabric options: Vista Linen, Canna Forest Green and Canna Pumpkin. Vista Linen reads as a warm ivory neutral, Canna Forest Green gives the same shape a deeper, more anchored look, and Canna Pumpkin is a burnt-orange velvet that makes the sofa the room's color. The tailored seat, broad arms, and low wood base make Highland feel more composed than a casual pillow-back sofa, but the scale still works for everyday living rooms.

Details

  • Dimensions: 88.5" W x 36" D x 32" H
  • Fabrics: Vista Linen, Canna Forest Green, and Canna Pumpkin
  • Base: Streamlined walnut plinth base
  • Use: Living rooms, sofa walls, and mid-century lounge layouts

Styling Tips

Choose Vista Linen when the room needs a bright neutral sofa, Canna Forest Green when the sofa should carry more color, or Canna Pumpkin when it should be the statement. Highland pairs well with sculptural coffee tables, brass floor lamps, wool rugs, and warm wood storage pieces. The plinth base looks best when the front edge is visible, so avoid crowding it with oversized ottomans.

Care

  • Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly
  • Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric
  • Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
