Styling Tips
Give the Iris a spot where its silhouette can read from across the room — a console table in the entry, one end of a credenza, or a generous side table beside a reading chair. Brass warms up cool grey and blue palettes fast, and the linen shade keeps the light soft enough for late conversation. Run a matching pair down a long console when you want symmetry with real presence. If your palette already leans warm, the Iris deepens it; in stark modern rooms it becomes the single warm note that keeps minimalism from feeling cold.
Care:
Dust the aluminum base with a soft, dry cloth. Vacuum the linen shade gently with a brush attachment or wipe with a dry cloth. Turn off and unplug before cleaning; lightbulb not included.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
