What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Isabella.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Isabella sofa brings a rounded, contemporary silhouette to the living room, with smooth curves, sloped arms, and a softly sculpted profile. Its plush ivory upholstery has a cozy, sheepskin-inspired hand that keeps the tight back and broad, bench-style seat feeling warm and composed. Black legs add quiet contrast beneath the low frame, and the whole piece is finished to support everyday lounging without ever feeling stiff or overly formal.

Delivery & Care

Spot clean and fluff the cushions regularly to keep the plush texture looking full and even over time. Free front-door delivery on orders $1,500+ within 20 miles of Portland, or white-glove delivery available. See it in our Portland showroom.
