Styling

Stand it next to the smaller tree for a two-height grove, or let it go solo on a console with a bowl of clove-studded oranges and nothing else. Because it is unpainted and untinselled it reads as sculpture first and holiday second, which means it can move to a hearth corner in January instead of going back in the attic. At nearly three feet it is a floor piece as much as a tabletop one. Beside an entry bench or in the corner of a hearth it reads like a small real tree without the water tray, the needles or the January haul to the curb. Light it from one side so the shadow between the petal layers does the work, and leave a foot of clear wall behind it — the silhouette is the point. If it goes on a console, check the total height against anything hanging above it before you commit.

Care

• Wipe clean with a lint-free, dry cloth
• Keep out of direct sun and away from heat vents to limit checking
• Lift by the trunk, not by the carved branches
• Wax or oil is not required and will darken the raw teak
• Expect small checks and colour shift over time; that is normal for unfinished solid wood

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
