What neighbors say about finding the next one

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for this piece.

Although they did not carry what I was looking for initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal text from Addie from the store about a month or so later, when a couch of similar description to the one I’d been hoping for came in!

Sizes, materials and care

The LC3 is furniture as architecture: cubic cushions stacked like building blocks on a gleaming chrome frame. This black leather and chrome sofa brings that iconic mid-century silhouette home: graphic, cubic, and unapologetically bold, the kind of piece you spot from across a room and immediately want to sit in.

A tubular chrome skeleton holds generous leather cushions with the classic LC3 proportions: deep, squared, and slightly lofted so the black hide reads as both structure and luxury. At 83 inches wide, 26 inches deep, and 28 inches high, it has the low, lounge-ready stance that defined the original. Condition is good: honest wear that reads as patina rather than damage, with chrome that still catches the light and leather that has settled into a lived-in softness.

Park it opposite a walnut credenza or under a strong abstract, and let the chrome do the jewelry work. It pairs especially well with sculptural lighting and a single saturated accent chair. Shoppers hunting vintage sofas Portland will recognize the lines instantly: a color-forward consignment find with museum DNA and everyday sit-ability.
