What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Louis.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Styling Tips

Use Louis where a room needs a compact statement chair with visible wood warmth. Textured Choco feels richer and moodier, while Textured Honey reads lighter and softer. Pair either with walnut, oak, cream rugs, brass lamps, black side tables, and mid-century case goods. Confirm seat scale, arm clearance, doorway width, and delivery path before ordering.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery and frames
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, doorway clearance, stair turns, seating clearance, and delivery path before ordering
