What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Luna.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Sizes, materials and care

The Luna Swivel-Glider Chair is a Stylus chair with rounded shelter arms, a loose back cushion, and a compact 33 by 34 by 33 inch footprint. The old origin wording is replaced here per the Stylus rule; use Pacific Northwest origin language instead.

Details

Dimensions: 33" W x 34" D x 33" H
Maker: Stylus custom upholstery from the Pacific Northwest
Function: Swivel-glider chair
Shown fabrics: Avery Safari, Tempest Gold, Nexus Arbor, and Marley Rust

Styling Tips

Use Luna in a nursery, reading corner, TV room, or conversation area where swivel and glide movement matter. Avery Safari and Nexus Arbor lean earthy, Tempest Gold adds warmth, and Marley Rust gives the chair a bolder accent color. The rounded shape softens rooms with square sofas and case pieces. Confirm fabric, price tier, lead time, and delivery path through the showroom before ordering.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric or leather
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, stair turns, doorways, orientation, and delivery path before ordering
