Covered by the maker’s warranty. Ask us for the terms; if anything goes wrong, we file the claim for you. If an in-stock piece arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Pieces we order in for you, custom orders and floor models are final sale.
All of the staff we’ve talked to are so friendly and helpful and respectful when you just need to think things over.

Use Ethos where a room needs everyday sofa seating and a real guest-bed function without a huge sectional footprint. Check both closed and open measurements before ordering: the bed position needs floor clearance, walkway space, and room for side tables or nightstand alternatives. Confirm mattress comfort, open-bed depth, doorways, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path with the showroom.
