Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Ethos.

We bought a great sleeper sofa here.

Covered by the maker’s warranty. Ask us for the terms; if anything goes wrong, we file the claim for you. If an in-stock piece arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Pieces we order in for you, custom orders and floor models are final sale.
All of the staff we’ve talked to are so friendly and helpful and respectful when you just need to think things over.

Ask Joey
I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

For this sleeper

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

Dimensions: 68" W x 38" D x 35" H
Primary fabric: Oliver 515
Brand: Luonto

Styling Tips

Use Ethos where a room needs everyday sofa seating and a real guest-bed function without a huge sectional footprint. Check both closed and open measurements before ordering: the bed position needs floor clearance, walkway space, and room for side tables or nightstand alternatives. Confirm mattress comfort, open-bed depth, doorways, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path with the showroom.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery, mattress, and mechanism
Fit check: Confirm sofa footprint, open-bed clearance, doorway clearance, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
