What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Madison.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Madison Queen Bed Frame is a clean upholstered queen bed with a slim platform profile and button-tufted headboard. At 66 by 86 by 39.5 inches, Madison is sized for queen mattresses and modern bedrooms where a fully upholstered bed is preferred over a wood platform frame or tall storage bed.

Details

Dimensions: 66" W x 86" D x 39.5" H
Size: Queen bed frame
Fabric options: Dine Dark Grey and Agnes Brown
Headboard: Button-tufted upholstered headboard
Profile: Slim modern platform-style frame

Styling Tips

Choose Dine Dark Grey when the bedroom needs a cooler, slightly more tailored bed, or Agnes Brown when the room should feel lighter and warmer. Madison works with walnut nightstands, simple linen bedding, low-profile lamps, and patterned rugs that soften the platform shape. Measure baseboards, nightstand width, and walkway clearance before purchase, especially in smaller bedrooms.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
