Every so often a chair's spec sheet reads like a promise: feather-wrapped high-density foam, sinuous springs, a seat more than 26 inches deep. The Martha club chair delivers on all of it — a Canadian-made, contract-grade lounge piece with low-profile track arms and tapered legs straight from the mid-century playbook, upholstered in soft beach alabaster. It sits at the serious end of our accent chair collection. Contract-grade construction means it was engineered for hotel-lobby duty and will treat your living room gently by comparison.

Styling Tips
Give the Martha the good corner — its 40-inch depth wants breathing room, ideally with an ottoman to complete the lounge brief. The pale alabaster upholstery glows against walnut and charcoal, so place a dark side table at its arm and let the contrast work. In an open-plan living room, a pair facing the sofa builds a proper conversation circle. Feather-wrapped cushions relax over time, so fluff and flip them regularly and the seat only gets better with age.
Care:
Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment and flip the reversible seat cushions often to keep the feather-wrapped fill even. Blot spills immediately without rubbing; professional cleaning recommended for large stains. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
