Although they did not carry what I was looking for initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal text from Addie from the store about a month or so later, when a couch of similar description to the one I’d been hoping for came in!

Ask Joey what’s come inThis natural wood bookcase is the kind of find that stops you mid-aisle: a tall, slim mid-century silhouette with open shelves that let color, spines, and objects do the talking. Warm grain and honest proportions give it personality without shouting: exactly the color-forward, lived-in modern look we hunt for.
Built as a vertical display at 29 inches wide, 16 inches deep, and 62.5 inches high, it tucks beside a sofa or in a tight hallway while still holding a serious stack of books and ceramics. Construction is straightforward wood with clean, practical lines. Condition is fair: typical wear from real use, plus minor damage to the top of the bookcase: character you can style around with a runner, a tray, or a plant that hides the scuff.
Park it in a living room as a vertical gallery, or use it as a bedroom library next to a walnut dresser and a punchy lamp. Pair the natural finish with teal pottery, rust textiles, or a graphic poster so the grain stays the quiet hero. A smart score among vintage bookcases & shelving Portland shoppers who want height, storage, and a little story in the top edge.
