Covered by the maker’s warranty. Ask us for the terms; if anything goes wrong, we file the claim for you. If an in-stock piece arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Pieces we order in for you, custom orders and floor models are final sale.
All of the staff we’ve talked to are so friendly and helpful and respectful when you just need to think things over.

Sizes, materials and care

The Nautica is the deep-seated one. Most sleeper sofas ask you to trade away seating comfort for the bed hiding inside; the Nautica's 27.5" seat depth is closer to a proper lounge sofa than to a convertible, and the bed is still a full queen.

Its Level Deluxe mechanism keeps the back cushions fixed to the frame. They lift and travel forward in one motion, so there is nothing to unpack, stack on the floor, or find a home for at bedtime.

Why this works in a Portland home

At 69.25" wide the Nautica reads as a loveseat, which is what makes it work on the short wall of a Pearl condo or in an Irvington bonus room that has to double as a guest room. The number to measure is the 93.75" it needs from the wall once the bed is out. That is room depth, not wall length, and it is the dimension people forget. Care

Vacuum the upholstery regularly and rotate the seat cushions so they wear evenly.
Blot spills straight away rather than rubbing them in.
Check the cleaning code for the cover you choose before using any product on it.
