Parallel Sofa

At nearly eight feet long, the Parallel doesn't ask the living room's permission — it organizes the space around itself. A sustainable fabric blend of 50% recycled and 50% virgin polyester wraps loose back cushions and an attached seat, while the exposed rubberwood frame runs a clean line of warm wood beneath the upholstery. It holds the long-and-low position in our sofa collection.

Styling Tips

A sofa this long deserves a coffee table with reach — look for something at least half its width in our coffee table collection so no seat is stranded. The beige weave takes color graciously; olive and terracotta pillows and throws warm it up, while black accents sharpen it. Give the exposed wood base an echo — a rubberwood or oak piece across the living room makes the frame detail read intentional. Long sofas love long art — a horizontal piece or a pair of prints above keeps the wall in proportion. If the room allows, float the Parallel a foot off the wall; the exposed frame deserves to be seen in the round.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
