What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Premium.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The ottoman is the modular system's wild card — footrest today, chaise extension tomorrow, honest extra seat the night the party outgrows the sofa. Built on the same performance-fabric-and-steel bones as the Premium Modular sofa pieces, it docks against either arm configuration or floats free as a bench at the foot of a bed. Its usefulness compounds in small homes, where every piece needs a second job, and performance fabric keeps all three jobs low-stakes. Plan the full arrangement in our sectional collection.

Styling Tips

Push it against a modular sofa seat to create a chaise where the afternoon sun lands, or float it as a coffee-table alternative topped with a firm tray. On its own it's a bedroom bench or entry perch. Compare standalone shapes in our ottoman collection, and keep a throw from the living room lineup draped over one corner for instant softness. At movie-night scale it's the seat kids claim first, and it earns its keep as window-seat overflow when the holidays fill the house.

Care:
Vacuum with an upholstery attachment and blot spills promptly — performance polyester cleans up with mild soap and water. Rotate the piece occasionally to distribute wear evenly.
