What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Premium.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Modular seating means the room finally dictates the sofa instead of the other way around. This right-arm-facing piece works as a complete 66-inch sofa on its own, then becomes the cornerstone of something bigger — add the left-arm mate and ottoman and it grows into a full sectional that reconfigures whenever your floor plan does. Apartment stairwells and narrow doorways stop fighting you, too — each piece travels separately. Map out combinations in our sectional collection.

Styling Tips

Start with this piece and the matching ottoman for an instant chaise arrangement, then expand as the room allows. Performance fabric earns its keep in real households, so don't baby it — add pillows and throws in texture-heavy neutrals and let people actually lounge. A generous coffee table keeps the deep seat within reach. Measure twice: modular pieces reward a floor plan sketched with painter's tape before anything ships.

Care:
Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment. Blot spills promptly — performance polyester releases most marks with mild soap and water. Rotate seat cushions periodically to even out wear.
