What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Quinn.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

Neutral rooms need one piece with an opinion, and the Quinn volunteers — a full-wrap club chair in a beautifully patterned chai fabric, warm and spiced, that catches the eye without shouting for it. The generous 32-inch-wide seat invites long sits, while solid rubberwood legs keep the silhouette grounded and elegant. Compare it against the rest of our accent chair collection to see how much personality it carries. Curved lines keep the generous proportions feeling soft, so it reads inviting from every angle of the room.

Styling Tips

Let the pattern lead: keep nearby upholstery solid and pull one tone from the chai weave — rust, cream, or cocoa — into ottomans or throw pillows so the room feels composed rather than coincidental. It thrives beside a simple wood side table and a floor lamp as a reading corner, or floated in a pair across from a plain sofa where the fabric can do the decorating. In a bedroom corner it works just as hard, giving the getting-ready hour a proper perch. Wherever it lands, the Quinn tends to become the seat people quietly claim first.

Care:
Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately — do not rub. Spot clean with a mild, water-free upholstery cleaner and keep out of direct sunlight to preserve the pattern.
