What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Restore.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

Ramona Perrault · Google review · Sep 2026

For this piece

It measures 59" x 15" 18". Send us a photo of the room and the way in, and we’ll help you check the fit. The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

If it arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Floor models and custom orders are final.
Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Details

Category: Live Edge Bench
Product: Restore Live Edge Bench
Dimensions: 59" x 15", 70" x 15" x 18", 87" x 15" x 18"

Placement Tips

Use the Restore live edge bench when the room needs a specific functional accent rather than a generic placeholder piece. Review nearby upholstery, rug tones, wall color, lighting temperature, traffic flow, storage access, table clearance, mirror placement, ottoman movement, bench overhang, or chair height before purchase. For bedroom, dining, living room, office, and decor placements, compare the piece with existing furniture heights so surfaces, seats, drawers, mirrors, and accents sit comfortably in daily use.

Care

Care: Use the care method confirmed for this live edge bench, especially for wood, upholstery, metal, mirror glass, decor finishes, casters, or adjustable mechanisms
Protection: Keep finishes away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, sharp objects, and extended direct sunlight unless product care guidance says otherwise
Fit check: Measure the planned location, surrounding furniture, doorways, stair turns, hallway width, elevator access, and final placement before purchase
