Salado Bed

Wood framing and leather panel details make the Salado read closer to a piece of travel-inspired furniture than a standard bed frame. Solid ash or oak carries panels of heirloom top-grain leather, sourced from an Italian tannery and salvaged from upcycled hides, so natural markings and color variation are part of the look. It is a bed frame with real texture at headboard height.

The Salado spans twin through California king, and the leather panels scale with it, so a smaller bedroom can get the same detailing as a primary suite without a frame that overwhelms the room.

Styling Tips

Heirloom Sienna and Heirloom Cigar carry the most visible leather character, so keep bedding simple, plain linen or a solid duvet, and let the panels do the talking. Antigo Natural softens the same silhouette into something closer to a woven, textile-forward bed.

Flank it with a pair of nightstands in a matching wood tone so the leather stays the focal point rather than competing with mismatched finishes nearby.
