Shaped like a mushroom cap on a short stem, this table lamp is blown entirely from glass, cap and base both, in a seafoam blue-green scattered with white mottled spots. There is no separate shade: the whole glass body glows once it is lit, spots and all, for a softer light than a lamp with a fabric shade gives you. At 11 inches tall it suits a nightstand or a small side table more than a desk, a lamp you switch on at dusk rather than read a novel by. A single cord exits at the base, so nothing breaks the shape from the front. Browse more in our lighting collection.

Styling
Because it glows from every surface rather than throwing light downward through a shade, this lamp works best as ambient light rather than a reading lamp. A single one on a bedroom nightstand gives the room a low, even glow at night, and a pair flanking a headboard reads as a set without matching exactly. It is equally at home on a console in a hallway.
The seafoam color leans toward blue more than green, so it sits well against white walls, warm wood tones and brass hardware without fighting other colors in the room. Try it on a nightstand beside a stack of books, or on a narrow side table next to a reading chair for a softer glow than an overhead light.
Care
- Unplug before cleaning
- Dust the glass with a soft, dry cloth
- Wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed, then dry
- Keep the cord clear of foot traffic
- Handle by the base; glass chips if knocked against a hard edge
