What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Velvet.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Styling Tips

Pair it with a dining table in a warm or black wood tone to echo the legs, and round out the room with pieces from our dining room furniture collection. Grey velvet keeps the look soft without competing with a bold table, and mixes easily with an upholstered dining bench, patterned rug, or statement pendant light overhead.

Delivery & Care

Vacuum the velvet gently with a soft brush attachment and blot spills right away to keep the seats looking fresh. Check leg glides periodically to protect your flooring, especially on hardwood. Free front-door delivery on orders $1,500+ within 20 miles of Portland, or white-glove delivery available. See it in our Portland showroom.
