What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Olena.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Styling Tips

Use Olena where a room needs a comfortable modern sofa with a relaxed cushion profile. The blue-grey images pair with walnut, navy, cream, and warm rugs; Rockaway Oatmeal is lighter and more neutral. Measure sofa width, seat depth, room layout, coffee-table clearance, doorways, stair turns, and delivery path.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery
Fit check: Confirm sofa width, doorway clearance, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path before ordering
