What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Wilson.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Sizes, materials and care

The Stylus Wilson Retro-Inspired Apartment Sofa in Rust is a Pacific Northwest sofa built for rooms that need real seating without a full-size footprint.

Details

Dimensions: 69" W x 38" D x 34" H
Color: Robbie Rust
Maker: Stylus, Pacific Northwest upholstery
Scale: Apartment-size sofa for smaller living rooms and offices

Styling Tips

Use Wilson where a room needs color and comfort without swallowing the floor plan. Robbie Rust works with cream walls, walnut, black metal, brass, olive, charcoal, and patterned rugs. Pair it with a small coffee table and one quiet accent chair, then confirm the 69 inch width and 38 inch depth against doors, stairs, walkways, and side-table space.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery and frames
Fit check: Confirm doorways, stair turns, room depth, sleeper clearance when relevant, and delivery path before ordering
