What neighbors say about finding the next one

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for this piece.

Although they did not carry what I was looking for initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal text from Addie from the store about a month or so later, when a couch of similar description to the one I’d been hoping for came in!

Sizes, materials and care

Here's a warm little sleeper you'll be glad you spotted. This mid-century entertainment center wears a rich teak brown finish that glows under lamplight, with the clean, low-slung lines that make the era so easy to live with. It's the kind of piece that quietly anchors a room without shouting for attention, all honest wood tones and understated confidence.

Built from solid wood with the compact, purposeful proportions vintage design does so well, it measures 41.5 inches wide, 16 inches deep, and 25 inches tall, tall enough to lift a screen to comfortable eye level, slim enough to tuck against a wall in a smaller living room. It's in good condition with the typical wear you'd expect from a piece that's been genuinely used and loved, which only adds to its lived-in character.

Set a modern flat-screen up top and let the lower shelving hold your records, console, or a stack of art books. It plays beautifully against a boucle sofa, a leggy floor lamp, or a wall of framed prints. If you've been hunting for vintage entertainment centers & tv stands Portland shoppers actually get excited about, this teak brown find is worth a look.
