What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Tillamook.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Tillamook Swivel Accent Chair is a compact 31-inch chair with a rounded back, deep seat, soft upholstery, and 360-degree swivel base. Stax Curry is the warm yellow option, Boston Espresso is the deeper brown anchor, Danny Caramel sits between them as a rust-caramel tone, Cute Burnt Umber is a smooth brick-rust, and Milan Linen is a light oatmeal-grey linen-look weave. The cocooning shape makes Tillamook useful in reading corners, bedrooms, or living rooms where a chair needs to turn toward conversation without taking the footprint of a recliner.

Details

Dimensions: 31" W x 33" D x 32" H
Fabrics: Stax Curry, Boston Espresso, Danny Caramel, Cute Burnt Umber, and Milan Linen
Function: 360-degree swivel base
Shape: Rounded back with deep cocooning seat
Use: Reading nooks, bedrooms, lounge corners, and sofa pairings

Styling Tips

Use Tillamook where a room needs a movable conversation seat. Boston Espresso pairs well with lighter sofas and brick or wood rooms, Stax Curry adds a bright accent against cream walls, and Danny Caramel warms neutral rugs and walnut tables. Milan Linen is the easy neutral for a light room, and Cute Burnt Umber gives a grey or white room a warm focal point. A small side table and floor lamp complete the chair without overcrowding it.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, stair turns, and delivery path before ordering
