What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Urban.

…we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.
We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Sizes, materials and care

The Urban Chair is a Stanton accent chair with a button-tufted back, broad arms, tapered wood legs, and a compact 32 by 35 by 33 inch footprint.

Maker: Built by Stanton
Design: Button-tufted back, broad arms, and tapered wood legs
Data note: Old Capri/Bennett Praline signals treated as stale

Styling Tips

Use the Urban Chair as a colorful lounge seat in a living room, reading corner, or bedroom. Noriko Herb brings a teal-green accent that works with walnut, black metal, cream rugs, and warmer leather tones. Because the silhouette is wide but not oversized, it can stand alone or pair with a sofa from the same Urban family. Confirm the current fabric status and delivery plan with the showroom before purchase.

Care

Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean cloth
Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, and extended direct sunlight away from fabric
Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, stair turns, doorways, and delivery path before ordering
