What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Vantage.

  1. …we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

Feel Stanton fabrics on our Portland fabric wall, or ask us for photos or a short video of a fabric you’re curious about.

  2. So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  3. We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Placement Tips

Use a Stanton Vantage Lush Turquoise rectangular ottoman where its scale, finish, and function fit the room plan. Compare the listed dimensions with nearby seating height, desk clearance, lamp placement, pillow scale, mirror grouping, storage needs, ottoman traffic paths, and the amount of visual weight already in the room. For service listings, confirm exactly which items are included, where assembly happens, and whether delivery, disposal, hardware, or extra labor is part of the quote. For ottomans, pillows, trunks, desks, mirrors, and lamps, confirm working height, textile feel, surface clearance, cord or shade clearance, room access, and how the item will be used day to day. Measure doorways, stair turns, hallway width, elevator access, room footprint, and final placement before pickup, delivery, or service scheduling.

Care

  • Cleaning: Use the care method confirmed for the actual fabric, wood, veneer, metal, ceramic, shade, mirror, trunk, pillow insert, and surface material
  • Protection: Keep away from excess moisture, harsh cleaners, sharp objects, heat, and extended direct sunlight unless product care guidance says otherwise
  • Fit check: Measure room footprint, ottoman clearance, stool or pillow scale, desk clearance, lamp clearance, mirror placement, trunk swing, hallway width, stair turns, elevator access, and delivery path
