Styling Tips

Let the Remix warm up darker dining tables — walnut and espresso tones make the cream seat glow, while lighter oak keeps things airy and Scandinavian. Grey does the opposite job, holding its own against pale wood and pulling a bright room back down to earth. The natural cotton-linen texture pairs beautifully with woven placemats, stoneware, and linen curtains, and running both colorways around one table reads collected rather than mismatched. Screen color shifts, so confirm the fabric in person before committing to a set. A sideboard from our dining room collection finishes the wall behind it.

• Vacuum the cotton-linen upholstery regularly with an upholstery attachment
• Blot spills immediately without rubbing; spot clean gently

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
