The Arun sideboard is Scandinavian storage done right — three soft-close drawers, two cabinet doors, and 63 inches of hand-oiled espresso oak quietly running the length of the room. Designed in Denmark, with brass-ringed inset pulls and round oak legs on brushed brass accent caps, it works as a dining-room buffet, an entryway anchor, or a media console. Behind a dining table, the Arun sideboard is a working surface for platters and decanters; in the living room it doubles as a media console with cord pass-through space behind the doors. - Dust regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol, ammonia, or silicone-based polishes.
- Use coasters and felt pads under lamps, decor, and electronics to protect the hand-oiled finish.
- Re-oil annually with a furniture-grade oil to maintain depth of color and water resistance.
- Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent uneven fading of the oak grain.
